M/s Five Arms Management Service provide services with well trained, energetic and dedicated Security staff / Safai-karamcharis/ Gardeners/ Ayahs/ Peons/ Office boys/ Multi-Skill Technicians/ Electricians/ Drivers/ Plumbers/ Computer Operators/ Accounts Staff/ helpers and other support staff supported by a team of Senior supervisory staff with more than 20 years expertise in handling house-keeping, security services and Horticulture. We offer our specialized services to minimize tension to our clients. We, as a company, take into account the minutest details to meet the expectations of our clients by providing efficient services with minimum departmental overhead expenditures and also by providing relief from serious labour problems.

STAFFING

The manpower deployed for the services would be on our rolls having utmost efficiency and will be deputed after careful analysis and needs of the clients. The staff deployed in the premises of the clients will be in neat and clean uniform adding dignity to your work place. They will carry identity card duly authorized by your organization and the company for security purposes. All the staff will be well groomed, hygienic and experienced as per your needs. Characters and antecedent of all employees are verified by the company/Police.

TRAINING

To produce exemplary result for our valued customers, proper and effective training to the staff is a must. Considering this aspect of the company has established its own training division for providing proper training to new employees. Refresher training is conducted for the in-house employees to educate them the new modules of Security/ House-keeping services. A staff is deployed at a particular site only when he qualifies the proper training and each employee is trained to work in a team to give maximum output and efficiency to fulfill the requirement of the organization.

SUPERVISION SYSTEM

Daily inspection is carried out by the security/house-keeping supervisor to ensure that cleaning is carried out and checked in a detailed manner and also to ensure that employees detailed in your premises are in proper turnout to enhance the image of your organization. We carry out two types of supervision viz. scheduled inspection and random checks. The supervisors attached to the client carry out scheduled inspection while field officer not directly attached to the client carry out random checks. This ensures constant and unbiased feedback to the management. Operational Manager will also liaise with our clients regularly in addition to his visit at site at regular intervals to ensure quality services.

BACK-UP TEAM

We keep a sizeable strength of personnel reserved to ensure quick replacement of staff as and when required due to sudden sickness, unplanned leave, and absenteeism of staff at sites so that total security system of our valued clients are not disturbed. All of our sites are well connected to our operational unit at base round the clock so that the current situation of the site is monitored by senior members of our operational team.
